150 STARTER SUPPORT BURSARY

Here at London Metropolitan University, we know that the cost of studying can add up, so this year we are introducing a financial package to help you on your Higher Education journey. We're offering all new undergraduate Home and EU full-time students £150 in vouchers to support you as you enter your studies. Just pick one of these five options below in order to spend your £150:

Please read below details of the 5 options and then make your choice by clicking on the "Choose My Support" button at the bottom and entering your details.

1. CHILDCARE

We understand how expensive childcare can be, so you have the option to use your £150 towards this. The process is simple - provide a satisfactory receipt of expenses against your childcare costs and we will reimburse you £150. MORE

2. TfL OYSTER CARD CREDIT

Travel in London can be costly, and we'd like to offer you £150 oyster card credit and help you get to and from the University without having to worry about travel costs. This is only available as top-up credit, so if it's monthly/yearly (student discount) travel you are after, this might not be the right option for you. So choose wisely! MORE

3. BOOKS

Books, books and more books - it really does all start to add up! So let us help take some of that stress away with £150 credit to spend on books at student e-retailer John Smith's . They have an online bookstore where you can buy some of the books you need. Sounds like a great option to us! MORE

4. PRINTING CREDITS

You'll definitely need to print during your studies, particularly if you are an art student, and the costs can add up. We're sure there are better things you'd like to spend your money on than printing credit, so why not take £150 towards this? That's one less thing you'll have to worry about. MORE

5. CATERING

There are a number of catering outlets at all campuses at London Met, so if you're a coffee fiend or just need food for thought, this could be the option for you! £150 will be topped up on your catering card for you to use on breakfast, lunch or beverages of your choice! MORE
