Q. What is Aspire?

Aspire can be used to purchase prescribed textbooks and other learning materials. Unspent funds from last Semester have automatically been rolled over to this year and are available to be spent. Students can use the funds to purchase textbooks, stationery and also eBooks where available via our KORTEXT platform.

Q. Am I eligible to use Aspire?

A. There is currently no Aspire program; however, students may choose to deposit funds direct with the John Smith Student Store or use cash and all major debit/credit cards to acquire the materials they need including eBooks that will be available immediately via our KORTEXT platform.

Q. How do I register for it?

Returning students are already registered for Aspire. New students can have accounts created by visiting the shop or emailing: moc/wbisj//atabas/ipehstiom or moc/wbisj//zluhcs/ettigirb

Q. When can I access my Aspire account?

A. As soon as we are in receipt of the registration data at the beginning of term.

Q. Where can I spend my Aspire funds?

A. You can spend your Aspire funds at this website or in the John Smith’s Student Stores on the Botho University Campus.

Q. What happens if I don’t spend the money by the end of the academic year?

A. You’re Aspire funding will be available to you throughout your studies.
